  • Is electrolysis safe?
Yes. Electrolysis has been used for over 100 years and is considered completely safe. It does not damage the skin and is effective on all hair types and skin tones.
  • How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions depends on the treatment area, hair density, and individual hair growth cycles. Most clients need a series of sessions for best results. With consistency, electrolysis provides permanent results.
  • Does electrolysis hurt?
Everyone’s pain tolerance is different. Some clients describe the sensation as a quick heat or tiny pinch, while others find it more sensitive. Certain areas of the body can feel more uncomfortable than others.

To make the treatment more comfortable, we recommend applying a topical numbing cream before your session. Most clients find the treatment very manageable, especially with consistency and proper aftercare.
  • Is electrolysis effective for PCOS or hormonal hair growth?
Yes. Electrolysis is especially effective for women with PCOS, hormonal hair growth, or post-oncology regrowth. It permanently removes even coarse and stubborn hairs.
  • Can electrolysis be done on sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Electrolysis is safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Our practice pairs each treatment with healing skincare products to ensure gentle recovery.
  • What areas of the body can be treated?
Electrolysis can be used on almost any area, including:
        •    Face (chin, upper lip, cheeks, eyebrows)
        •    Underarms
        •    Bikini area
        •    Legs and arms
        •    Back and chest
  • What should I expect after treatment?
Mild redness or slight swelling is normal and temporary. With proper aftercare and our healing skincare line, the skin recovers quickly and remains smooth and clear.
  • Is electrolysis better than laser hair removal?
Unlike laser, electrolysis works on all hair colors and skin tones. It is the only method recognized by the FDA as permanent. Laser may reduce hair but cannot guarantee permanent removal for everyone.
